A reading is written text about your chart — produced when you press the button, delivered on the page, and downloadable as a PDF. Nothing is shipped. Nothing arrives later.
Your four pillars are calculated in your browser from arithmetic that has been settled for centuries. The writing is generated by a language model working from that chart and from our instructions. Two readings of the same chart will not be word-for-word identical.
The free reading is free. The paid readings — Love, Money, This year, The two of you, and the full report — are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
We describe what a chart is made of and what a year leans toward. Where your chart leans, we say so — as a possibility, never as a fact, and never with a date on anyone. We do not tell you what will happen. We do not tell you what to do.
We say nothing about real people in your life. We don't know them. Nothing in a reading is a verdict on anyone you love.
You must be 18 or older to buy a reading. Readings are for you personally — you're welcome to show yours to anyone, but not to resell it, republish it, or feed it into another service.
What you do after reading is yours. We're describing a shape, not handing down instructions.
If a reading arrives incomplete or broken, we refund it. That's the promise, and it's the one that matters.
A reading is made of parts. Occasionally one doesn't arrive — you'll see it on the page, and the PDF says so on its first page. Press the button again and the missing part usually fills in. If it doesn't, email hello@sajumark.com and we'll refund you. You don't have to argue with us about it.
If your payment provider requires a different refund window than the one above, theirs applies.
Your birth date, time, and place are used to calculate your chart in your browser. They are not sent to us. What reaches our server is the finished chart — the eight characters — with no name, no email, and no birth date attached to it.

We build this carefully and we test it, and it still breaks sometimes. If a reading fails, we refund it. Beyond that refund, we're not liable for anything that follows from reading, believing, or acting on what you read here — because the decisions are yours, and a description of your chart was never a set of instructions.
We may change what we offer, or stop offering it. Anything you already bought stays yours.
If we change something that matters, we'll change the date at the top. Nothing here applies retroactively to a reading you already bought.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in — where those conflict with these terms, yours win.
